Salle Ernestine Poirier
On March 15, 2023, in celebration of our 100th anniversary, we inaugurated the Ernestine Poirier lounge, located at our complex on Sherbrooke Street. This space was named in homage to Madame Ernestine Guénette Poirier, wife of Magnus Poirier. A great lady who actively supported and accompanied her husband in the creation of the family business in 1923. She was also president from 1959 to 1967, when her son, Roger Poirier, took over.
The Salle Ernestine Poirier is a new kind of lounge space, offering a range of personalized turnkey services. 1923 – 2023 You can use this space to welcome your guests and hold a celebration, while enjoying a cocktail reception. We invite you to contact us for more information.
